Vid2Doc is an AI-powered tool that converts YouTube video content into structured documents including study notes, flashcards, mind maps, summaries, and other formats. The service processes publicly available video transcripts using artificial intelligence.

3. Account Registration

To use Vid2Doc, you must create an account using Google authentication via Firebase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Vid2Doc offers free and paid subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or Stripe customer portal.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

By purchasing a subscription or credit pack, you acknowledge that the Service is digital content provided immediately, and you hereby expressly waive your right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) under UK/EU Consumer Contracts Regulations. As such, all sales are final, and refunds are provided solely at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
Use automated scripts or bots to access the service beyond normal usage.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated documents without permission.
Abuse the free tier by creating multiple accounts.

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend your access if your usage patterns significantly exceed the average usage of other customers (e.g., rapid-fire requests, excessive processing of long-form video content) in a manner that burdens our infrastructure or incurs excessive API costs.

6. Intellectual Property

Documents generated by Vid2Doc are derived from publicly available YouTube video transcripts. You retain ownership of the documents you generate for personal or educational use. However:

The original video content remains the intellectual property of its respective creators.
Vid2Doc's branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by croolStudio / Fluxora LTD.
Generated content should be used responsibly and in compliance with fair use principles.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights or permissions to process the video content you submit to Vid2Doc. You agree to use the Service in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service. Fluxora LTD bears no liability for your violation of third-party platform terms.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Vid2Doc uses artificial intelligence to process and transform video transcripts. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated document. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before relying on it for academic, professional, or any other purpose.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, croolStudio / Fluxora LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vid2Doc. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
